Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.
Shipping Methods:
We offer free shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, we have three shipping plans to choose from: Flat shipping at $7.99, Express shipping at $8.99, and Next-day shipping at $12.99.
Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.
Yondras only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.
In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email [email protected] within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
